You don’t have to buy a new home or do a massive rehaul to your current one to love your space again. Oftentimes, it can be a simple bathroom remodel or finally making something of your unfinished basement to make your home feel new.
The problem is, that most remodel contractors won’t respond for anything smaller than a major remodel. This leaves you wondering how you can get your project started, let alone finished.

The Process
Share your remodel plans with us via our inquiry form.
We will review your inquiry, and if the job fits within what we do, we will schedule a walk-through. Please give us 2 business days to review.
Walkthroughs are $65, and will go towards your final invoice when you hire us.
Post walkthrough, Ben will send you an estimate for the job. Please give Ben 3 business days to work up the estimate.
Upon acceptance of the estimate, you’ll be asked to pay 20% of the estimate as a retainer and you will be added to the schedule.
Two weeks before scheduled work starts, you will be asked for an additional 45% of the estimate.
Ben and his team will transform your space into your vision that you're excited to be in. A final invoice will be provided with any additional work requested during the remodel but not in the initial estimate. Invoice net of deposit and discounts will be due within 2 weeks.
Things to Note
We are currently booking approximately 3-5 weeks out from retainer payment for remodeling jobs.
Rush scheduling can be considered on a case-by-case basis and for a nominal fee.
Due to the volatility of the market, material costs and availability are provided as general estimates only. As the job approaches, Ben and the team will reach out on any material changes in estimated costs. Final material costs will be shared on the final invoice. We charge cost plus 5-25% depending on item size/complexity/scarcity.
You are welcome to purchase your own materials and provide them for us to install. Please communicate with Ben or Chris about your plans.
We request payment via ACH Transfer. If you would like to pay via credit card, we can arrange that with a 3% service fee added to the invoice. All payments are handled by Intuit payment processing.
